1. Introduction

Welcome to Accountability and Hopeful Fridays ("AHF," "we," "our," or "us"). AHF is a nonprofit career-support community that provides free events, coaching, mentoring, volunteer opportunities, networking support, career resources, and related community programs.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AHF website, online forms, events, donation tools, communications, volunteer opportunities, and related programs. By accessing our website, submitting a form, registering for an event, volunteering, making a donation, or participating in an AHF program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Our Website and Programs

You agree to use the AHF website and programs for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes only. You may not use our website, forms, events, or community spaces to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm others
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, forms, CRM, payment systems, or related tools
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our website or services
• Use AHF programs for unlawful activity or activity that conflicts with our mission

3. Community Participation and Conduct

AHF is built around support, accountability, dignity, and hope. When participating in AHF meetings, events, trainings, local meetups, online groups, or volunteer activities, you agree to communicate respectfully and follow any posted community guidelines, meeting rules, or facilitator instructions.

AHF may remove or restrict access for anyone who disrupts programs, violates these Terms, behaves abusively, misuses community spaces, or creates safety, privacy, or operational concerns.

4. Information You Provide

When you submit your name, email address, phone number, organization, event registration details, volunteer interests, donation information, or other information, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You authorize AHF to use the information you provide to respond to your request, manage event registration, process volunteer or partnership inquiries, send relevant updates, process donations, and operate our programs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Email, Text, and Other Communications

If you provide your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications related to AHF events, reminders, volunteer opportunities, donation confirmations, partnership inquiries, community updates, or other program-related matters.

You may opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. If you receive text messages from us, you may opt out by replying "STOP" or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

6. Donations and Payments

Donations made through the AHF website or connected payment tools are processed by third-party payment processors or payment tools, which may include Stripe, PayPal, HighLevel/GoHighLevel payment tools, or similar providers.

By submitting a donation, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount you choose. AHF does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own website.

Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions, processing errors, or other circumstances AHF determines appropriate in its discretion. To request help with a donation issue, contact us at info@hopefulfridays.org.

7. Tax and Donation Acknowledgments

AHF may provide donation confirmations or acknowledgments for donor records. AHF does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for consulting your own tax advisor about whether a donation is deductible and what records you should keep.

8. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes

AHF provides community support, coaching, resources, networking opportunities, and educational information. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, employment offers, salary outcomes, business results, immigration outcomes, legal results, or any specific career outcome.

Any career, resume, interview, job search, leadership, or professional-development information shared through AHF is for general educational and community-support purposes only.

9. No Professional Advice

Information shared on the AHF website, in meetings, by speakers, by volunteers, or through community resources is not legal, financial, medical, mental health, tax, immigration, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

10. Volunteers, Speakers, and Partners

Volunteer, speaker, and partner participation is subject to AHF approval and operational needs. Submitting a volunteer, speaker, or partnership form does not guarantee acceptance, placement, promotion, speaking time, chapter leadership, or any formal relationship with AHF.

AHF may modify, pause, or end volunteer, speaker, chapter, or partnership activities at any time when needed to protect the mission, community, operations, or reputation of the organization.

11. User Content and Submissions

If you submit messages, testimonials, feedback, photos, comments, stories, or other content to AHF, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of others.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submitting feedback or testimonials gives AHF permission to use, edit, summarize, or display that content for program, community, marketing, reporting, or operational purposes. AHF will make reasonable efforts not to publish sensitive personal information without permission.

12. Intellectual Property

The AHF name, website content, logos, text, graphics, design elements, event materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to AHF unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute AHF materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may share public AHF pages or public event information for noncommercial community-support purposes, provided you do not misrepresent your relationship with AHF.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and programs may link to or use third-party websites, platforms, forms, payment processors, social media pages, meeting tools, event tools, calendars, videos, and resources. AHF does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
