About Hopeful Fridays

Built with intention, love, and a deep belief in your worth.

Why AHF Exists

Accountability & Hopeful Fridays (AHF) was founded in response to a critical gap in job-search support: the emotional weight and isolation of unemployment.

Having witnessed the heavy mental burden carried by professionals navigating career transitions, our founder, Danny Kateli, realized that standard workshops and job boards were not enough. Job seekers did not just need tactical resume advice—they needed consistent structure, dignity, and a community they could trust.

Inspired by proven, ritual-driven support architectures, Danny envisioned AHF as a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed and accountability is built through weekly consistency. It is a close-knit, cohesive, and loving group where you are never alone in your next chapter.

The Friday Session: Our Central Ritual

At the heart of AHF is our weekly Friday session—a consistent, safe space where job seekers gather for structure, accountability, and hope.

Every Friday at 3:30 PM EST on Microsoft Teams, we create a ritual that participants can count on. Like a lighthouse in the storm, our sessions provide direction and stability in the often chaotic world of job searching.

This isn't networking. This isn't a workshop. This is community—real, sustained, and transformative. Featuring a new guest speaker each week.
